Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire studio. Since it is located on the first floor (ground floor), there are no stairs to climb—making it perfect for those with heavy luggage or anyone who prefers easy entry.

The neighbourhood
Pērnavas iela lies on the border of the Avoti and Grīziņkalns neighbourhoods – a calm, residential part of Riga`s historic centre known for its early-20th-century wooden and brick architecture.

Grīziņkalns Park and the historic Ziedoņdārzs park are a short walk away – perfect for a morning jog or an evening stroll. Supermarkets, bakeries and local cafés are just a few minutes on foot, and the Old Town is easy to reach.

Getting around
Public transport: tram and bus stops are about a 3-minute walk from the building, with direct lines to the Old Town and Central Station.

On foot: the city centre is roughly a 15–20 minute walk.

Taxi: Bolt and other ride-hailing apps work everywhere in Riga – a ride to the Old Town usually takes about 10 minutes.

Parking: There is no private parking at the building. Paid city parking is available nearby at Pērnavas iela 13: €1.00 per hour (minimum €1.00), or flat rates of €3.00 for the daytime (08:00–18:00) and €1.50 for the night (18:00–08:00). Pay easily via the Mobilly or Park Expert apps.

Good to know
Modern Standards: Since the building and unit were renovated in 2020, you can expect modern plumbing, electrical systems, and high insulation standards.

We’ve provided wine glasses and a corkscrew for your convenience.

Laundry: A washing machine is located in the bathroom for your use.

Security: there is a Ring security camera (video) in the common area outside the apartment (at the entrance door / staircase / building entrance). It does not cover the inside of the apartment – there are no cameras inside the apartment.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· Pets are not allowed.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
