Super friendly staff and large rooms. Free still & sparkling water and short walk to navigli, my favorite area in milan. AC plus additional fans are available. Beautiful property, indoor courtyard. Great breakfast buffet

Check in staff were not personable nor friendly. Also very slow. Porters were friendly and helpful. Room was ok. The AC unit was loud and could hear it throughout the night while sleeping - but at least we had AC! Housekeeping never topped up the hair conditioner - had to ask for it. In our last night, sheets had a very funny odor even though they were clean and beautifully ironed/pressed. The view from the 13th floor restaurant was so stunning!!! Menu could have been better. Drinks were way too expensive- €20 for a G&T?! Location was good.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!
