The staff are very friendly and helpful at the Flockner B&B. Thomas, the front desk clerk gave us our free bus passes to use hopping ar3Salzburg. He also helped us move to a ground floor room from the secod floor walk-up unit.
The daily free breakfast buffet was an excellent way to start the day, a meeting spot for my whole fauly, some of them were staying at nearby NUMA, that fid not have a front desk. They had an emergency with a luggage locker not opening & it took a while through a chat bot to get a human to come unlock it. NUMA made them get towels & supplies in the basement and charges extra for cleaning more than once a week.
My advice - STAY AT FLOCKNER B & B AND BE TREATED LIKE A VALUED GUEST!
