The rooms were boiling hot, the assigned room was 29.8C and the windows could not be opened. No initiative from the front staff to do anything about the situation. Was moved to a different room and had to pay additional charges just to be able to open the window. Disgrace for a hotel to operate with room so hot and then charge for a similar room, I would get it if the new room had AC but nope. During one morning someone had their stuff stolen from the hotel.

The hotel is stylish and centrally located. Unfortunately, we experienced two significant issues during our stay, and neither was resolved. First, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, it sounded like a plane was landing and ran that way throughout our entire stay. I reported the issue in person to the front desk within 2 hours of checking in to see if it would resolve itself, I was told that someone would fix it, but nothing was ever done. Second, we paid for breakfast, but the experience was disappointing. On the first morning, at around 9:30 a.m., there wasn’t a single clean, empty table available. I asked for a refund because there was no seating and told the staff we would skip breakfast for the rest of our stay. Instead, we were told to eat in the meeting room. When we finally got food, several items, including the pancakes, had run out and were never replenished. On the second morning, we didn’t even attempt breakfast and accepted the loss. This hotel has the potential to be excellent because of its style and location, but the lack of staffing, poor follow-through, and overall customer service left us disappointed.
