BEWARE OF PIN CODE

Friendly lady at the reception. Problems with PIN code based access that they change during your stay, and don’t inform about the new code so you can not get in during unmanned hours of the reception (which is all the time almost). Could not call number provided because of non-mobile roaming blocking the only option to get help. If implementing a PIN based access system, it must work so the code can not be changed until all current guests have been CONFIRMED to have been informed. They should be paying me money back for this clumsy experience.

Worn, elderly building. A real estate agent would call it "vintage charm". Nice people giving it their best try. Sadly a few pretty serious safety issues like fire doors not closing properly, no light on fire escape route staircase, ...oh, and a.metal lamp in the room, with exposed copper wire touching the metal base.

The hotel runs the extremely loud party just under our room till 2 am. It was impossible to sleep. There was no receptionist at night, and nobody answered provided emergency phone. No apology or compensation from the administration

Poor service, dirty and dodgy electric wiring.

When we arrived the person in the reception did not acknowledge our presence at all (she clearly saw us some we were less than a meter away). After multiple attempts she finally pointed at some envelopes with names on the counter. Found our envelope (with key and room number), we asked for directions to the room as well as for info about breakfast. No response, she simply looked at us, stood up and left… We speak all Scandinavian languages. Found our room, black mold in the bathroom, broken tiles, only paper cups, hard to find electrical sockets for charging devices, some with extension cords permanently attached… Appreciate that it is an old building but this does not exclude proper cleaning, maintenance and service. Breakfast was ok.

Meget venlig receptionist! Det fungerer fint selv at låse sig ind uden for åbningstid. Morgenmaden var under al kritik. Udbuddet acceptabelt, men der var fluer i marmelade, nutella og på brødet. Det var ulækkert. Jeg fik en kop kaffe og lidt flue-fri youghurt. Alt andet var uappetitligt. Værelset var ok, og der var rent. Badeværelset ok, men med meget lidt plads omkring toilettet. Ikke et sted, jeg vil komme igen.
