Exceptional location. They did a very good job with the restoration; it’s a beautiful historic building and the renovations are very nice. That said, it’s NOT a hotel - it’s an Airbnb. There are no dedicated staff on site, no front desk, no housekeeping during the stay, and no additional services offered on the property. The sound bleed between walls and floors is substantial to become uncomfortable during the day and to interrupt sleep significantly during the night. We didn’t have restful nights due to evening events taking place on the first floor throughout our stay. I wish they had clarified the expectations of the type of lodging they are on the Expedia description - we would have known what to expect or chosen a different location to celebrate a romantic getaway.

Attended a wedding at the Pabst Best venue and stayed at the hotel. Close to venue, unique hotel with industrial vibe, limited street parking or use valet parking 40 a night.

Our 3 night stay was OK, but not great. The first room had a funny smell so we switched rooms. The second room didn’t have a fridge and none were available. The room was not cleaned between nights.

The Pfister is a gorgeous hotel, everything about it is elegant and makes guests feel special. I cannot say enough about the staff’s willingness to be of assistance. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area to plan a stay in the Pfister!
