"The jacuzzi suite was fantastic. I would have loved coffee in the room but it was in the lobby and easy to access. Great room and price."

"We were feeling really optimistic when checking in, as the facility looked clean and taken care of. When we got to our room, the A/C unit did not work so it was approximately 80 degrees in our room, with no way to decrease the temp. Additionally, there was a smoke alarm that chirped throughout the entire stay, even though cleaning staff had been in and out of the room. I had initially booked the hotel due to the pool and hot tub, and the hot tub was filled but was closed off, saying authorized personnel only, so we were unable to use that too."

"Highly recommend staying here! Such a cute property! A lot went into decorating and it shows. It had everything we needed and the use of space was quite impressive! My friend and I stayed here to escape the city and it was perfect! Nice and quiet! Beds are super comfy and the property was very clean. Being able to bring our dogs was amazing cause they deserve a vacation too! perfect fenced in large yard too! We will be staying here again for sure!"

"The room was clean, however the little fridge was outdated, too small for a suite and my food was frozen overnight. The little freezer part had no door anymore and needed to be defrosted. I liked the blackout rolldown blind however without curtains to accompany light flooded in around the edges making enough light to wake me up in the early morning. The outside of the property was poorly maintained and the back door closest to my room did not lock all the time as stated on the door, making it easy for unauthorized people to get into the hotel at whatever hour they chose. The stay was average at best. The hot tub was out of order, and they didn't let outside visitor's (my grandkids) come and use the pool while visiting. I will not stay here again."

"The room was dirty there were crumbs all over and all the corners there was still food in my refrigerator there was a cigarette underneath the pull-out couch and as far as them saying the room is sanitized well I don't even think the room was clean sheets had stains on them the pillowcase look dirty. The lady is at checked me in at the front desk hardly understood what I was saying because she didn't fully understand English would be my assumption and I may be wrong but it was very difficult to try and explain to her something because she didn't understand me. Parking lot seems a little small for the amount of rooms in the building as I don't think the parking lot would be able to fit the 300 and some rooms that they have. Breakfast was okay but upon trying to get the waffle mix out it really didn't work very well and when I asked one of the staff about it they basically took it out shook it and said there you go."
