La habitacion que nos tocó era bastante pequeña, un poco apretada para 2 personas, pero tenia todo lo necesario. La ubicacion es excelente, a metros de la Gran Vía con excelente acceso a transporte público, sobre una calle peatonal con muy buena oferta gastronomica. El hecho de que esta sobre una peatonal puede ser un problema para la gente que llega con muchas maletas o maletas muy pesadas, ya que el taxi no puede llegar hasta la puerta del hotel (llega a 30 mts). El wifi funciona bien, el personal del hotel es muy amable y correcto

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful but the rooms are too small.

This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love was that the 2nd bedroom had a single bed, which was not ideal for co sleeping with toddler. The location is in a nice neighborhood but it's a 15 min transit to the central tourist areas/sites to see, and a several minutes walk to local restaurants. So if you're traveling with young kids, be prepared with a stroller and carrying kids for several minutes as you navigate transit. We did find the transit stations such as the metro and the bus to be quite accessible for the stroller. It helps to have the tap to pay with credit card option. Kids under 4 ride free (as of writing of this review).

The place was spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location was unbelievable, walkable to lots of good restaurants, cafes and local attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in Madrid. Highly recommend it!!!
