Winter is not a month for this property and it is overpriced for what it can offer this time of the hear. Holistic approach in progress so organic has not set in. Owner and staff very nice and forthcoming.

My overall experience was wonderful. This is my second summer visiting Opatija for a few nights and being a guest in this hotel.
Room I got was situated on the first floor facing the main street. It was beautiful and large but very loud. I asked for something quieter and got it without a problem. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, he even took my suitcase to the room. The room was clean and cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Will visit again and would highly recommend.
