Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ?? Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!!
