"The accommodations were generally fine. The biggest issue was communication with the host who spoke no English. He tried hard but it was difficult. There were no instructions other than how to enter the condo. We’re used to having a host leave restaurant recommendations, things to do, points of interest, places to shop, how to use the washing machine, etc. The kitchen implements were dated. "The hotel location is ideal for walking and exploring Andorra town. Car parking is at the rear of the hotel and reasonably priced and required as there is restricted parking everywhere. Our rooms were good value and the hotel staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time there."

"This property was in the best location for visiting Andorra. It was a 15 min walk from the bus stop and located on the river where the weekend light and laser show is done. All shopping, attractions and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The laundry service was fast and reasonable. It cost 25 euros for their generous sized laundry bag and it was returned within hours. Amazing! The tourist information center was one block away. They were very helpful providing a walking tour (2 euro) and information on the buses to the next village."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working WiFi to begin with. So that was disappointing."
