Rhythm Night Club Museum Tours and Activities

Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening. They said they couldn’t issue a full refund because of the hotels policy. This place is filthy unsafe and in a bad location. Feral cats were roaming the neighborhood. The stairways were full of cigarette butts and dirt. Unsafe and unsanitary in every way.

Our 1st stay at a Tru by Hilton was not good. The toilet wouldn't flush, had to take the lid off of the tank to flush the toilet. Also, the walls are super thin. My partner & I were awaken at 2am by some very noisy neighbors getting busy..... EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!! Lastly, the absolute worst part of our stay were the non-English speaking housekeepers knocking on our door at 7am waking us up. Then again at 8:45am. Checkout is at noon!! I would not stay again or would I recommend staying at a Tru by Hilton property.

Staff was very attentive. Quiet stay overall.
