Entering Chelford you are greeted by a spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen spills into an open plan living room and conservatory which features a fantastic dining room soaking in the natural light. The living room has a long comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove for cosy stays. The dining table is set in the glass conservatory, perfect for inside-out dining year-round, with additional dining space in the garden. Down the hallway there are two spacious bedrooms (a king and a double) and one twin bedroom, sharing a wet room with a large shower, sink, and toilet, and a family bathroom with a shower over bath, sink, and toilet.

The large, fully enclosed lawned garden is ideal for children and pets to play safely. Enjoy outdoor dining with a table, BBQ, and a shaded seating area under a pine tree. An additional patio seating space at the front of the property is perfect for catching the evening sun. An outside shower helps to rinse off sandy feet and wetsuits, with a utility room washer available through the back door for easy cleanup. There is plenty of parking for three cars on the driveway of Chelford.

Chelford is situated in a quiet residential area just 200 metres from the beach and Maelog Lake, Chelford offers peaceful accommodation with convenient access to the village. Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.
Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.

A nice play to stay

Stayed over Christmas. Fortunate with the weather. Dry, sunny but cold. Fully equipped kitchen. 5 mins walk to 1 beach. 10 mins walk to the other beach max. Great parking for 2 or 3 cars. Enclosed garden for dog. Only room for improvements would be TV’s in bedroom. Nice walk around the lake. Oyster Catcher gets busy so either book or go early.

Chelford Again

Third visit to Chelford and again it didn’t disappoint. Spotless on arrival and everything we needed for a lovely stay. It didn’t affect our stay and just an observation but some of the dry verges on the front and rear roof require replacement. I’d strongly suggest they are done before any high winds you may get in the winter else’s roof tiles might be lost.

Second visit to Chelford and we’ve booked a third. Perfect surroundings, cleanliness and comfortable. Everything one needed for a perfect stay and all on the level so ideal for one of our party who has limited mobility. Garden enclosed making it super safe for our dog. Highly recommend

Lovely week in a great location

Fabulous location for a relaxing holiday with beautiful beaches minutes away. Chelford is a comfortable bungalow with a great garden and plenty of parking space on the drive. Having narrow bedside tables for glasses/phone would be appreciated in the double bedrooms. We had a lovely, relaxing week with most things (that we wanted to do) within walking distance and have already booked for next year!

Spotless

We recently spent 6 nights at Chelford. This was our first visit, but we have booked again for next year. Chelford was spotlessly clean and we found it very comfortable. There is a large enclosed garden which was great for our dogs. We could have done with a rake for the pine needles that covered the lawn. The stone garden paths may be a little difficult for anyone with mobility problems, as they tend to move as you're walking. The second double bedroom is quite small for two people. All in all we had a great time and would recommend Chelford as well as Anglesey Holiday Lettings, who are excellent.

Our 3rd visit to this property. Great bungalow in a perfect location. A few minutes walk to year round dog friendly beach. Excellent stay!

Six of us and two dogs stayed in July. We had a lovely week, the bungalow was perfect for us. We particularly liked the open plan kitchen/lounge and the fab garden. The location was perfect - an easy 5/10 min walk to both beaches and the bars & shops in the village! The service from Anglesey Holiday lettings was excellent as usual and we hope to book Chelford again next year....

Excellent holiday despite the storm and gales. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were very pro active when the gale force winds loosed the TV aerial and some of the verge copings and came to deal immediately.

Great bungalow

This is the second time we have stayed here and again we weren’t disappointed. The bungalow is very clean and great location. Parking is amazing. The only improvements I could suggest would be, earlier check in time. TV in bedroom and pegs for the washing line. This is one of the best places we have stayed hence our second visit.

Chelford is just what was needed. 3 beds, 2 bathrooms. Great for families. It lovely and warm, even had a real fire. Condition was great, AHL was great. The enclosed garden was safe, well maintained and great for kids and dogs to run around. 5 stars

Lovely bungerlow

Well presented, spotlessly clean and comfortable property, excellent location for beaches and centre, all in a short walking distance. We hardly used the car. The property was well equipped with a large conservatory and fully enclosed garden. Very dog friendly with outside tap for sandy paws and the added bonus of a utility room. Lovely and warm with plenty of hot water. Some goodies available on arrival. Just found the main bedroom with the king size bed a little snug, but didnt stop us enjoying our break in beautiful Rhosneigr and Aberffraw. Fantastic beaches and amenities. We have rebooked for March and would have liked to have rebook for October at the same time as this year, but the cost has risen, almost doubled, a little too much for us despite an excellent property. Have used Anglesey Lettings a few times now, we have always found them excellent in communications, helpfulness, and the standards of properties. Hope to again.

Home from home

This is the second time that we have spend a week in Chelford. The garden was enclosed and great for our 21/2 year old granddaughter. We loved sitting in the large conservatory for meals in the sunshine and also during the evening to play games. Parking is great and the location is fantastic - just a short stroll down to the beach - we preferred the quieter beach. The beds were comfy although one of the bedrooms is a bit too ‘snug’ for 2 adults. Would definitely return.

Chelford

The house was ideal for 3 generations, both the dogs and the granddaughter loved the garden. We had very mixed weather so we spent quite a lot of time in the house. It would have been helpful to have more cleaning supplies. The beds were very comfortable and the linen and towels were lovely. The location was great for access to the beach and not too far for our 2 year old granddaughter to walk.

Fabulous accommodation in a great location

We found that Chelford exceeded the description online. The accommodation was amazing with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had on holiday. The conservatory with the bi-fold doors to the garden was a joy to sit in at any time of the day. We were very fortunate with the weather so the outside shower was used after going on the beach. The welcome pack was appreciated by all of us, including our dogs! Thank you.

Lovely clean and comfortable bungalow

Perfect for elderly mum and aunt with very comfy beds and a good shower room. Plenty of room for the four of us with 2 dogs and the garden was ideal for them. Very well equipped kitchen and the extra fridge freezer in the utility came in handy so we were able to do a supermarket shop for the week. One small negative the pebble path was difficult to walk on for for the unsteady but mum managed with a bit of help. Overall we had a lovely holiday and good weather too. Would love to return.

Exceptionally clean ideally situated bungalow

Lovely bungalow. Gorgeous enclosed garden, safe for dogs. Conservatory adds space and comfort. Very useful extra fridge as the one in the kitchen is small. The bedrooms were quite small. The water was plenty hot enough for a shower, but for some reason the bath only ran luke warm. There’s a washing machine and clothesline but no clothes pegs anywhere, I had to hang our swimming costumes out using some safety pins I had brought. Great position, very convenient for both the beach and the village.
