Reynolds Vacation Packages

We stayed for 7 nights at club regent hotel. This place needs a complete Reno. The rooms smell really bad. Also there was an odor of sewage thought out the hotel. I asked about it and the lady told me it had to do with some kind of disinfectant that made that smell. The first room they put us in smell like really bad from maybe smoke or other stuff. The 2nd room it’s smelled like water damaged a very musky kinda of smell. The food at the restaurant was brutal. We only ate there one time and the food was cold. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this was a hard one to find anything positive other than it is a convenient location. Also the shampoo and body wash barely worked on the wall. You had to pound the bottom to get a very small amount. None of those things worked at all. If you don’t like a smelly hotel , poor Food service, and very poor amenities please book elsewhere.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The towels in the room were full of hair, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Throughout the night, there were fights in the hallway, making it impossible to get a proper rest due to the constant noise and disturbance. To make matters worse, the receptionist was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking to me, leaving me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience.

Everything was perfect

There was a rainstorm during our stay and our window started leaking. I tried to call the front desk but they wouldn't answer so I went down to the desk and told them the area above the window was leaking dirty brown water all over. They told me they already knew it was a problem and couldn't fix it. I asked to get another room and they told me they didn't have any available so they gave me one little towl to try to stop the leak.
