"Be careful of signage for this hotel. We arrived around 3pm, never been here before. The Tru sign from the road was visible and then the next sign isn't so clear in the daylight hours. The part you can't see if the arrow telling you to keep going straight. Instead we pull in, par and unload. Wait in lobby to be seen by front desk only to find out that isn't the right hotel, its the building behind this one. OK, fine....but then when we go to the front desk at Tru, my husband cracks a joke about needing a treasure map to find the hotel and now that we have do we get a prize and the guy behind the counter says no, it's a rite of passage. Omg, you can't even apologize for the poor signage. We obviously aren't the only ones who have commented. Just rude!"

"Air condition wasn’t working at all so I had to open the window to get some air in the room and it was so loud. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. The overall condition of the hotel is not great."
