Because I arrived late at night, tired and ready to sleep, and ALL the pillows were very dirty and smelled of sweat. And it was obvious that the sheets on the bed hadn't been changed.

I had a great stay at Fiesta Americana Reforma. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, excellent service and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.
