"Great hotel but it's not in Villavicencio! It's 40+ minutes away from Villavicencio. Staff was great. Very friendly and tried their best to help. Beautiful property. "Nos sacaron del establecimiento por que ustedes nunca pagaron la reserve tuvimos que ir a buscar otro lugar donde epoder quedarnos mi hija menor estaba llorando bastante y fue muy desagradable todo esto y ustedes nunca respondieron el llamado ahora ni sabemos si nos van devolver el dinero"
