The holiday apartment "Bella Rosa" **** is located on a very quiet side street, just 2 km from Lüneburg's old town and city center.

The bus stop is just a few steps from the house.

A shopping center with a bakery/café, boutique, post office, restaurants, and much more is about 300 m away.

The comfortable holiday apartment accommodates 1-5 people and has a living area of approximately 77 sq m.

The living room features a leather sofa, a 55-inch flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, radio, CD player, and MP3 player.

A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, toaster, and much more.

The bright bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with adjustable slatted frames and a wardrobe.

The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and ample storage space.

Upon request, a third bedroom with a double bed can be booked (additional 10 sq m).

For our younger guests, we provide a cot and a highchair.

Parking spaces in the courtyard and Wi-Fi access are included. Bicycle parking is available.

Enjoy the peace and quiet and relax in the romantic guest garden with seating and a barbecue.

The entire garden is enclosed by a 2-meter-high, dense hedge.
