Very detailed and clear instructions for check-in, check out, etc. Views from the balcony, living room, and kitchen are spectacular. Kitchen is well stocked, bed was comfy, huge TV in the living room. For those not used to city living, the cons are city noise (traffic, sirens, etc.) and the homeless living along the river and in the park across the street. Also, the building is older so if there are noisy neighbors, you will definitely hear them. Regardless, I highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again. ##### Laura K.
