Lovely home, large wraparound porch-waterfront, pools, beach, pet friendly!

Let the countdown to the beach begin! The large wraparound porch on this blue beauty allows for spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a wide open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for large gatherings. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on the reservation or call the reservationist.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

Wonderful Location for a Welcoming House
The view of the bay from the house is amazing - especially to watch the sunrise. The house has a bedroom with an en--suite which works well for families. The kitchen is well equipped and the open floor plan in the living area makes it great for large groups. There is plenty of seating. Traffic and parking aren't issues in the winter. I would imagine they would be more of a challenge in full season but the location and the ability to boat / swim / crab right there would make up for it.

Great winter vacation!
My sisters and my nieces wanted a beachy winter vacation and this was perfect!!!! The location was perfect. It was right on the water. The house was absolutely beautiful! I was able to bring my dog, which was amazing. We all enjoyed walks on the beach. The whole Bay area was perfect. The playground was nice for the kids too. We would definitely consider this place again next winter. Thank you!

Great week on the bay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the bay at Pot-Nets Bayside. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and fully furnished with just about anything you need. With easy access to the pool, the beach and shopping we couldn’t have asked for more. Debbie was so easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions. I highly recommend the house and location!

We had a very great time, only thing you should bring are towels because the towels was hard....The carpet needed steam cleaning .Other than that everything was spacious, clean. And remember to bring bigger pots and pans if you gonna have a lot of food to cook..

Girls Relaxing Weekend
The location and property couldn't have been nicer. It was right on the waterfront which made nights and early morning water gazing absolutely amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures, was super clean (always a plus), and I adored the oversized kitchen. Debbie the property manager was easy to access and able to answer questions/concerns immediately. I am planning another trip just to be able to rent the space again. I can't say enough good things about the place..

I have rent many home homes thru Vrbo from New York to Tennessee and this is the 1st time I have been unhappy with a place I have rented . The view from the porch was excellent especially the sunrise and sunset . The main area of the house was nice for large family gatherings . The kitchen was so poorly stocked it was amazing especially if you are trying to cook for a crowd . It had one large pot , one small frying pan , one cereal bowel , not enough forks . The rugs in the entire place where so dirty it was disgusting . They all need to be thrown out and changed . Some of the bedspreads had stains and rips on them . Only one bedroom came close to what they showed on the website . I don’t know where they get there towels from but I would suggest you bring your own they are very small , and rough , there was no dish towels at all . The mattress pads on some of the beds need to be replaced as well as the blankets . I noticed there where mice traps all over the place not sure if it’s a constant issue but we did not see any . The bathrooms where not as cleaned as in other homes we have stayed in . The area is a little strange the house is very nice from the outside then you walk around the corner and there are houses with no siding stuff thrown all around the property . We actually left a little before the 7 days because we where not happy with this place . This is the 1st time I have had a bad house rental thru vrbo .
