If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails North and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! This property is PET FRIENDLY! STONEBRIDGE RESORT AMENITIES \-Ledgestone Golf Course \- catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake \- access to 2 pools \- 2 pickleball courts \- sand volleyball \- basketball court \- huge playground \- tennis courts \- fitness center \- on-site restaurant LAYOUT \-No steps into the home. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs. For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, YouTubeTV provided on three TVs, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high-speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck. In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away. \*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.\* Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view. For the children, a pack and play and highchair are provided. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, the big dining table for meals and games, the open concept kitchen/dining/LR so we could all be together, and the beautiful screened-in porch with hot tub! It’s close to stores, restaurants, Silver Dollar City among many other attractions located in the near by areas. We had a nice time and look forward to doing again. The property was as advertised – well maintained and located in a nice spot in Branson for a peaceful getaway. If I had to nitpick, there was some minor food splatter in the microwave left by the previous occupants, but aside from that, the cabin was clean. We kicked off the Christmas season watching Christmas movies together on their Smart TVs, cooked homemade soups, cuddled around the cozy fireplaces, and soaked in the hot tub. Property was clean and had enough space for our family. Only item was some lights in the kitchen and one bedroom were flickering so they may need to be replaced.
