If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails North and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! This property is PET FRIENDLY! STONEBRIDGE RESORT AMENITIES \-Ledgestone Golf Course \- catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake \- access to 2 pools \- 2 pickleball courts \- sand volleyball \- basketball court \- huge playground \- tennis courts \- fitness center \- on-site restaurant LAYOUT \-No steps into the home. This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway: The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12\. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs. For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, cable TV, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck . In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away. \*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.\* Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view. For the children, a pack and play and high chair are provided. The over-the-top amazing part of our home is the outdoor living space located on the back deck. This spacious deck is separated into three sections. Each master suite has its own sliding glass door that goes out to this outdoor area. One section of the deck is set up with a table with 6 chairs for eating and playing games. One section has the hot tub. The final section has an outdoor TV and fireplace, a couch, two chairs and table, and is screened. There is a large charcoal grill in front of the home. Views are of the gorgeous Ozark Mountains. The property is located near the community pool and Fox Hollow lake, the best place for relaxing and really enjoying the outdoors. Not the greatest nights sleep, all beds seem to have a sway in them including the 2 couch beds. Need to update. Also, definitely need to install some blinds on upper windows. Sunlight is shining on dinner table making it blinding while sitting at table. Dryer is not at 100%. The fridge had a leak and had to call maintenance twice , but did come promptly and was fixed. The pool was refreshing, We stayed 1 week and on the last day was the day maintenance finally picked up the trash at the dumpster where it was all spread out, I'm sure from animals or just lazy people who didn't want to reach the dumpster. Sitting around the fireplace and making memories is just what we needed! Lots of room and a fully stocked kitchen. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated and we felt right at home. We kicked off the Christmas season watching Christmas movies together on their Smart TVs, cooked homemade soups, cuddled around the cozy fireplaces, and soaked in the hot tub. It’s close to stores, restaurants, Silver Dollar City among many other attractions located in the near by areas. We had a nice time and look forward to doing again. It was close to all the fun things in Branson. Watching the Silver Dollar City fireworks from the jacuzzi was such a treat. We had 11 people including grandparents and little kids stay with us. They all commented about what a great find this cabin was and the cleanliness (very important to us). The screened in back porch and hot tub were great! Easy to communicate with the owner. The community pool and sand volleyball area was nice and not overly crowded. The only thing we found slightly annoying was the drive off the property. It took about 7-8 minutes just to get to the front gate of the community to go anywhere.
