By StoneBridge Pool! SDC! Summary: Come to the Ozarks to experience a bit of rustic charm while enjoying countless options for entertainment! This lake town, 4-bedroom cabin has an amazing back porch as well as 4 master suites, so everyone gets the best set-up! One of StoneBridge's THREE swimming pools (open seasonally) is just one street over and you can see the water from the little pond it sits next to from the cabin's front porch! Memories are ready to be made in this charming rustic lodge! The Space: The spacious front porch greets you with two rocking chairs ready for sipping on some sweet southern tea! Inside the vaulted ceilings make the open living area feel extra spacious. Cozy up in front of the stone gas fireplace on a cool evening or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Either way, plenty of room for everyone to relax. Head into the fully stocked kitchen to cook up some of your favorites. The cabinets are full of all your normal kitchen utensils and appliances; pots, pans, a blender, mixing bowls, plates, electric mixer, etc. Pull up a chair at the bar to keep the cook company or sit together at the 6-top dining table to enjoy that home cooked meal or tasty takeout! If you’d rather enjoy your meals outside, the screened-in back porch offers outdoor dining! Or cozy up on the outdoor couch and soak in the sounds of the community lake seen through the beauty of the Ozark trees! Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed with their own attached bathroom. Each bathroom offers a walk-in shower as well as a separate soaker tub! Upstairs is Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4, each with a king bed, twin over twin bunkbed, and private attached bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. So everyone gets the best room in this house. There is also a washer and dryer in the home and we stock the detergent. We provide starters of everything you may need on a vacation including soap, shampoo, dish soap, towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Just bring your own pool towels if you are coming in the summer! We have a regular coffee pot as well as a K-cup coffee maker to meet all your coffee needs. All you need to bring is clothes and food! (open seasonally) The Neighborhood: This location in Stonebridge is ideal! This cabin is right across the street from the water so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings or make easy use of the walking trail around the small lake! This lake/pond offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, so just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake. STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE! StoneBridge has implemented a $7 charge per vehicle per night. This will need to be paid in person at the gate upon entering the resort and is separate from your online total. Getting Around: Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! The four king bedrooms were really spacious and very clean. the decor was pretty and I appreciated the throws while watching TV at night. The fireplace made the room cozy and warm. Then the fireplace didn't work. The host sent a repairman the day before Xmas but it wasn't fixable. He only gave us 100 refund but knew the fireplace wasn't working before we came and failed to notify. Also, the back porch was enclosed but tears in the screening. And make sure you bring cleaning supplies. It was close to the lake which was nice and it was a little dated but nicely decorated. The host was kind and having 4 bathrooms is a bonus. The gated community added to a feeling of safety and the location is close to silver dollar city and Branson landing. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. ##### Brittney N. We had a party of 12, grandparents, kids, grandkids- ranging in age 13-72\. The 4 bedrooms and private baths were great as it gave everyone their privacy when needed. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Location was great for fishing, boating, and silver dollar city. Communication was excellent before, during and following our stay. My grandkids loved the cabin and being able to fish every day. We had a problem with the plumbing but the home owner/local property manager took care of it quickly. It did not interrupt our plans a bit. I text both the owner and manager several times and they always had a quick response. They were both courteous and very helpful. We had 12 people 8 adults and 4 children. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations. It’s hard to satisfy everyone when you have a large group with a various ages. We had Great Grandparents, Grandparents, parents and kids. Perfect for all! The cabin was well furnished and had nice linens on the all the beds. The kitchen had all the pots and pans, cutlery etc. that we needed. The grandkids really enjoyed the pond and fishing. I believe that was the highlight for them and we did a lot of kid stuff. The location was great! We could walk to the pond, playground and pool. If I had one small constructive criticism ( very small ) it would be to put a luggage stand/holder in each room. It would be nice to have something to place the luggage on to work out of. Having I. The floor was a little hard on us oldies. . I also liked that the departure instructions were very simple. I have stayed in places that I had to do so much clean up that I felt like I should get the cleaning fee. We were so glad they had up a Christmas tree already and lights decorated so we never had to do a thing. We had a large group with five children, the separate bedrooms and bathrooms worked out wonderfully! It was a little cramped in the living room and kitchen area, but of course we had so many presents and toys! Location was great, a short drive to anything. If you come for Christmas, I would highly recommend Shepherd of the Hills. We only ate out one night, the rest of the time we cooked in the cabin. Plenty of dishes And extra little things that were needed. The area had plenty of walking areas, it was drizzly most of the time we were there, but that didn’t stop us. Highly recommend this property! The only con I can think of was the humidity in the cabin. I would assume it was because of the weather we experienced. ##### Cheryl E.
