Nice clean room hardwood flooring no carpet, only draw back for us was no closet to hang clothes and ceiling and walls either are thin or little to no insulation as you could hear people walking in the rooms above you and could hear them talking in the rooms next door. Closet to downtown great if you like to walk Sheridan Avenue Avenue and to Hotel Irma. Checkout is 11 am we asked for noon checkout but unless you pay $35 you can't extend checkout even by one hour.

The property was clean, quiet and comfortable, although the room was very small. The staff were great - friendly, professional and helpful.
