Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Péssimo , cheguei ao local e não tinha a reserva , tentei entrar em contato diversas vezes e não consegui e perdi meu feriadão , voltando pra minha casa, passando vergonha e constrangimento perante minha namorada e filho e ainda com prejuízo pois paguei pela reserva , mas irei entrar na justiça pra reaver, já que pelo telefone não consigo
