If you want to do research on ghosts ðŧ
It is an old hospital and cemetery that should not be used as a hotel. The stench of pesticides and surgical spirits used in the hospital stinks throughout the hotel. The hotel is notorious for being uninhabitable and the locals who rent out the building are haunted and have to flee overnight. I arrived at the hotel building myself and the room I was going to rent was so scary that I immediately went back down and rented another safe hotel.
