The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for H.OTEL & hit the redbutton for driver to stop. It's a short walk from there. And if you're cruising, eat an early breakfast and have them get a taxi right then. Beats the rush. Safe travels

Room was huge. Bathroom very spacious. Other than unintentional flooding from neighbors room everything was great. Super quiet. Thought we may be the only guests in the hotel.

Hotel Oceanomare is a great property a few blocks from the Adriatic Sea. My suite was clean and comfortable and very good value. Although some of the staff speak limited English communication was easy with google translate. The hotel is a relaxing destination near the sea but not the city center and historical sites of Ravenna. Taxi service is limited.

I LOVED a staying at this hotel even if it was just one night. We came in so late due to some travel delays but Giorgino took care of us right away, he is the kindest person I met in our European travels. I will never forget how we we were treated and will hopefully return one day. If you’re in there please say hi to Giorgino. Oceanomare give this man a raise! The hotel was spotless, with parking and also really nice bathrooms and a balcony.

We Enjoyed This Hotel & Area

Room was spacious, clean, modern. Breakfast was great staff helpful and friendly. Bed as stated in previous reviews was "very firm". Nice Balcony, good Air Conditioning Walking distance to the beach and great eateries.

We stayed there on July 17 2022 for one night. When we arrived, our pre-arranged family room was not cleaned / ready but after complaining, we got a free upgrade to two interconnected rooms. These were quite nice, rather large bathroom. The location of the hotel is quite central, close to the beach. We didn't like the beach for various reasons but we don't blame the hotel for that. Breakfast was - despite somewhat negative comments on Google Maps - surprisingly nice (we went there early). Although service was on the slow end -- coffee arrived after we more or less finished breakfast. It's an ok hotel for one night while on the road, but we will probably not return.

L'emplacement est très bien situé, à la fois facile d'aller dans les commerces nombreux à proximité et à la plage toute proche. Un bon point particulier pour Domenica qui sait délivrer d'excellents conseils pour les touristes de passage.
