I had a good stay at this hotel for a 2-day rest. The checkin and checkout were very smooth and efficient. But for travelers who like to be in quiet environment, this hotel has a lot of group tourists who are quite louder as they know each other and chat in the lobby area effusively :)

The hotel was good and the restaurant has a good selection. The staff were extremely helpful. I needed some medical equipment and they made call around because I don’t speak Italian. It was amazing especially in a foreign country.

The property was clean and staff was friendly however its location is not near the main city and there are no taxis or busses to get you there. The restaurant did not open until 7pm, food was good but service was slow and understaffed. I would not stay there again.

A little isolated where they are located. Nobody told us that we should make reservations for the restaurant. I think they thought we Canadians were from somewhere else... Had to call out the host. Telling me they are all booked up when it was two thirds empty. Food was good Room was spacious, but needed a refresh. Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Convenient shuttle to the port
