Located about 1km easy walk from main piazza with absolutely magnificent views and wonderful hosts. ##### Kerry Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### AYA Oct 6, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities 2019年8月下旬の平日に女性1人で1泊しました。 Expediaでの予約完了後、宿主からチェックイン時間を教えてくれというメールが届いたので返信ついでに、宿への行き方などもこのメールで聞きました。 ラヴェッロのSITAバス停からprovinciale 1という車道沿いの歩道を15分ほど登ると、左手に宿の看板が見えますので階段で上がります。 ☆良い点 ・英語が通じる ・部屋が可愛い、清潔、ゆったりできる ・シャワーもお湯も問題なし。快適。 ・夏でもテルモアッレードが使え、服を乾かせる ・朝食は、数種類のパン、自家製レモンジャム、ゆで卵、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、ジュース、コーンフレーク数種類、クッキー、フルーツなど ・ベッド横にUSB差込口あり ・飲み物、お菓子、紅茶等の用意が豊富(近くに店が無いからだと思いますが) ・眺めが最高！レモンの木が素敵！ ・夜、宿周りは明かりも少なく車が縦列していて(イタリアはどこもそうですが)怖いと感じるかもしれませんが、夜9時頃に女1人でも中心地から戻ってこれました。たまに地元民も通るし、車も通りますし、変な人も見かけません。治安は良いと思います。 ★困った点 ・鍵が難しい！ チェックイン時に鍵を6つ渡されます。 1.門の鍵 2.門から宿入口までの照明の鍵 3.宿の鍵 4.部屋の外ドアの鍵 5.部屋の内ドアの鍵 6.緊急用 部屋へ戻るには、1、3、4、5は最低でも使えないといけないのに、説明は口頭のみ、しかも目の前で見せてくれるのは4、5の解錠だけです。スタッフは在駐しているわけではないので、出かける前(人の出入りのある時間帯)に全部の開け閉めを自分でやってみてから出かけることをお勧めします。 ちなみに私はそれをしたにも関わらず、夜帰ってきてから部屋の鍵が開けられず、泣きそうになりながら最初にチェックイン時間のやり取りをしたメールフォームを使って宿主にヘルプメールを送りましたが、その5分後に何とか自力で開けられたため、その旨メールを送ったところ、2〜3分後に、部屋には入れましたか？大丈夫ですか？というメールが届きました。なのでメールは頻繁にチェックしてくれているし、万が一何かあっても助けに来てくれるようだと感じました。 また、チェックイン時にラヴェッロのマップは居るか聞かれますので、是非もらってください。 アトラーニ経由でアマルフィへ降りるハイキングコースが載っています。スタッフさん(私は男性スタッフに聞きました)に聞けば、いくつかあるコースのうちのお勧めを教えてくれます。私は方向音痴な方ですが、maps.meと地図を見比べながら、途中迷ったりしつつも、1時間20分でアマルフィのSITAバス停に着きました。 ラヴェッロに来る時に大混雑のバスにウンザリされた方は、是非、帰りはハイキングコースで降りてみてください。 とても素敵な宿でした。 レモンもちょうど黄色く色づき可愛かったです。 次にラヴェッロへ行く時もまた泊まりたいです！ ##### AYA Stayed 1 night in Aug 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Sep 8, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities Ravello Rooms have everything you need. In the room you have a coffee maker, a mini bar, a tv and a music system as well as Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bed had a memory foam topper that was really comfortable to sleep on and there was plenty of room to hang your clothes in the spacious wardrobe.
