"Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay"

"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "

"Basically, it is a new hotel not ready to be a hotel. The listing on Expedia said it had A/C. It did not. I arrived after 9 pm on my only night there to find it impossible to enter. No one told me this in advance. I had to call and wait 5 minutes to enter my room all the while having to a make room"

"Ich war eine Nacht im Dormero Schwäbisch-Hall eingebucht und hatte mich vorab erkundigt, mir die Hotelbeschreibung inkl. Fotos der Zimmer angesehen. ich habe bislang immer gute Erfahrungen mit Dormero Hotels gemacht, übernachte seit 30 Jahren rund 20 mal pro Jahr in Hotels. Aber nie wieder im Dormero Schwäbisch-Hall. Gründe: 1) Der angeblich immer verfügbare Parkplatz war komplett belegt, ich musste ins Parkhaus 10 Minuten entfernt ausweichen. 2) Die Rezeption war uninteressiert an mir als Gast,...
