The colors yellow and orange can be found everywhere in the apartment and give it a warm, comfortable-modern character. Here are 2 people plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is equipped with all household items. The dishwasher does the dishes. Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, toast and butter are available for the first breakfast. You arrive in the evening? Then you will find a cracker for pizza or lasagna in the freezer. And some soft drinks, beer and wine are available in the fridge (at cost price according to consumption). So you can first arrive in peace and on the next day in the immediate vicinity to do your shopping. And if you want to eat out, you can reach the various restaurants and snack bars (German, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Italian cuisine) in a few minutes walk. Of course, towels, bath towels, bed linen and tea towels are included in the rent. You have to wash your clothes? Then you can use our washing machine and dryer for a fee of 5 €. Lintorf is a small district of Ratingen with almost village character. Here you can enjoy the tranquility after a busy day at the fair, a long shopping spree or a sightseeing tour through Dusseldorf and the surrounding area. Everything you need, you can find within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlor. In the village there is a great swimming pool with outdoor pool, indoor pool and excellent sauna. Here you can relax wonderfully. In our large garden may be grilled and we look forward to, if you tell us about your daily experiences. The nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away. From here, a direct line to the city center of Düsseldorf (about 35 minutes by express bus). The airport can also be reached by bus and S-Bahn within about 30 minutes. Very conveniently located (5 minutes by car to A3, A44 and A52, A524 (Kreuz Breitscheid), 15 minutes to Dusseldorf Airport, 20 minutes to Messe Düsseldorf and 25 minutes to Messe Essen, 10 minutes to the center of Ratingen. Heel mooi huis met grote tuin. Mooi en heel proper appartement. Maar drie negatieve opmerkingen: geen microgolfoven; slechts 1 televisiekanaal in het Frans (France 24) (geen gevonden in het Nederlands); luchthaven, autosnelweg en spoorweg heel dichtbij (hoewel dit in het appartement geen probleem stelt omdat het heel goed geïsoleerd is). Eigenaars die in het huis wonen, maar heel charmant koppel bereid om hulp te verlenen bij het minste probleem. Interessante attentie: indien u 's avonds laat of 's nachts toekomt, er zijn dranken, een te verwarmen avondmaaltijd en ontbijt voorzien. We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Zeker aan te bevelen. PS: we zijn er geweest om een concert te gaan zien (NB: Duitsers organiseren dit veel beter dan in België en Frankrijk) en ondanks onze "onzekerheid" over ons eerste verblijf in Duitsland waren we heel aangenaam verrast: Duitsers zijn heel glimlachend en zeer sympathiek. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war super. Die Autobahnanbindung zur Messe war gut. In Ratingen gibt es mehrere Lokale in denen man nach einem Messetag essen gehen kann. Der Service war super. Es war schön alles was man für das erste Frühstück oder den ersten Abend benötigt bereits im Kühlschrank vorzufinden. Konnten das schöne Wetter auf dem Balkon genießen. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.
