About this property

Vacation home with a panoramic terrace and hot tub in an idyllic sandstone setting

  • Perched directly on an Elbe sandstone cliff, this cottage offers a fantastic view of the romantic rock formations of Rathen. Unwind on the spacious panoramic terrace with a hot tub. The cottage features a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa (sleeps 2), satellite TV, and a fireplace. Spend cozy evenings by the glow of the crackling fireplace. The loft on the upper floor features a double bed (sleeps 2 additional guests). The bathroom, flooded with natural light, includes a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

Idyllic location on the edge of the forest. Just 500 m from the centre of the climatic health resort of Rathen. Perfect starting point for hikes in the Saxon Switzerland National Park, such as to the Bastei, Königstein Fortress, or Lilienstein. The cultural capital of Dresden is 45 km away, and Pirna is 20 km away.
