Lovely hotel, great location near RDS, Herbert Park, & lovely walks along the Dodder. Ten minute walk to the DART station. Only downside is condo construction on one side of the hotel — so either plan to be out of the room during weekdays, or request a room as far from construction as possible…

Pros: The location of this hotel is really good - it is in the very centre of the city and the room was clean albeit small for the price. The breakfast was also good. Cons: I could hear everything happening in the corridor at night. I was woken up every night at 5:30-6:00. I am not a light sleeper but it was as if somebody was talking next to your bed. Staff also did not feel particularly welcoming too.
