This is a very nice, full-service hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. The staff arranged day tours and even a car to Milan for us. The location is great, quiet on the edge of the old city, but a quick walk to get to all of the restaurants and attractions. The air conditioning works really well.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a shame we didn't have a kettle, when it said in the inventory we would have one that's one reason we choose this hotel. Us Brits like our tea and coffee.
