Holiday home in quiet location on two floors, in quiet and friendly town in Croatia at a 1 km from the sea, close to beautiful pristine beaches open all year. On the side of the canal Arsia equipped the beach and surrounded by woods. On the outer coast of the Kvarner beaches they are presented with white pebbles and crystal clear water, with a view of Cres, Losinj and Krk. Possibility of hiking, mountain biking and quoad hire. In the nearby resort town of St. Marina is the center of diving. Near the resort of Rabac. On the first floor with large open plan day climatizzatta area used as a living room with sofa bed, table 6 people, TV and fully equipped kitchen with an oven and hob (both gas and electric plate). Besides all the dishes and cookware it is also provided mocha espresso as well as an American coffee. Large bathroom with tub equipped with shower and washing machine. On the second floor are two double rooms both air conditioned and equipped with TV. Ambling outside patio partially covered by a roof with exposed beams with a table and chairs in wrought iron. Garden of 100sqm overlooking the canal D'Arsia and Kvarner, with barbeque area with fireplace adjacent sink. The house is delivered complete with sheets, blankets and towels. The linen and cleaning is done every week. Available on request the cot for children under 3 years and the high chair. Small pets allowed.
