Ras Jebel Vacation Packages

The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud.

Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in Arabic under his breath. Not nice considered there are people out there with medical issues and no one should have to face that sort of treatment. The beach was lovely, very clean and sandy clear waters. Overall a great stay minus the few encounters of rude staff

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It truly deserves its 5-star rating and stands well above many other 5-star hotels in Tunisia. The food was outstanding, especially for an all-inclusive resort. The pools were excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing letting it down was the air conditioning, it only worked from 3pm to 3am and had a foul odor when working.
