"My family has owned a home on Smith Lake since the mid 70's, but, currently only have lots (and no home yet), so, we rented this lovely home in a peaceful, quiet area of the lake called Brushy Creek surrounded by the Bankhead Forest. We actually only live about 10 minutes away in Addison, and, the home is about 5 minutes from the town area of Arley, so, it was a perfect for us; close to stores (Son's of Arley, Dollar General, and Hyatt's Market) for last minute grocery items or ice, and, close enough that extended family could come and go to visit, eat a meal, or cast a line!!"

"We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The home was beautifully decorated and felt both cozy and upscale at the same time. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably, which made it perfect for our group. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and gathering together. One of the biggest highlights was the game room. The kids absolutely loved it and stayed entertained for hours. Every detail made this home feel welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"We chose Smith Lake to celebrate our son beating cancer because of his love for fishing. The home was perfect for our needs as a family of seven. There was plenty of space for everyone. The area was very peaceful. Most of our time was spent swimming and fishing from the dock. The paddle boards were a bonus. We highly recommend this place!"

"Maggie was an excellent host and checked in with us several times throughout our stay. She gave wonderful recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try in the surrounding area, which was really appreciated. The house was nice and comfortable. It was a little on the older side, but that was perfectly fine for us. We came to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, and spend time exploring the outdoors. If that's your main goal, then this property is a great choice!"

"What a beautiful cabin! I didn’t want to leave. Coffee and a book in the loft. Cocktails on the deck or dock. Fully appointed kitchen. So very quiet with views to die for. Didn’t use the firepit. Must be able to maneuver the spiral staircase. Would stay again. "
