"This portion of stay was booked because I needed a 3pm checkout. The host informed me that I needed to reserve another night. I did so however, upon waking to prepare for my trip home we discovered there was no water in the apartment. The host never responded or provided an explanation. I paid for a late check out and could not use the facilities. "

"In the bedroom: - torn and not very clean sheets - unpleasant smelling cushions - the duvet smells unpleasant - in the bathroom, no soap, no face towel In the living room: Torn sofas Unpleasant-smelling floors and cushions Very dirty house in general. Management of entering and leaving the building very dependent on the mood of the security guards."

"The property did not contact me, so i did not have contact info to contact them 24h before as required in their policy and that i had not discovered. Since they dont have a front office, i ended up standing outside the building with my luggage at check in time without being able to contact them. I lost my money and they refused to refund. "
