Enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and convenient. The accommodations were comfortable with plenty of towels. The instructions were clear and concise. The only had a few issues arise during our stay:1. The power went out soon after we got to the unit, and while I was in the shower, but we got instructions on the location of the breaker, so we were able to resolve it pretty quickly. 2. The street lights outside were very dim and sparse making it hard to see but this was of course no fault of the owner. 3. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the unit, so we had to go to the local target to pick some up.4. It was pretty difficult to get the thermostats working and there were three different thermostats but once we figured it out, we were good to go. These are all minor details and overall, had a great stay. It was close to shops and campus.

Host was accommodating, responsive, and was great overall! The property was very comfortable and exactly what I needed. I loved the neighborhood for nice walks in the evenings. Quiet and safe! House was clean and had many interesting art pieces and books. TV was very good and all amenities were as described. I would definitely consider staying again. This a on excellent location with a short trip to New Haven for lots of great places nearby.

Everything was greatIncluding the location for usQuite a bit of poison ivy on the back section of the property/ my sister is very allergic so she had to be careful where she walked her dog Top shelf of the refrigerator was not as cold as it should be so we basically used the lower sectionEverything was spotless maybe pay a little more attention to the baseboards & floorboards in the bathroom

Just what we needed

Reggie's place was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. House has lots of light and cool plants inside and out. It is very close to shopping, gas stations and restaurants. It was also very close to the college campus where we needed to attend multiple events. Even with the traffic, we were able to get onto campus with no problems.The house had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water, towels, kitchen items, irons and ironing boards as well as so many amazing books and things to look at. The only problem we had was with the stove. Reggie was very quick to respond and it was user error on my part- not the stove! It is an induction stove. Reggie responded very quickly and all was well. Thank you for a great stay! Would stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area.

Absolutely Charming!

Reggie was the perfect host and is home was exactly what we needed for our weekend in New Haven. The cozy house was so comfortable and well appointed, we felt right at home away from home. The location was ideal for take-out on our first night, and the kitchen was stocked with the equipment needed to cook breakfast each morning of our stay. Poor weather kept us indoors, but the backyard and entertaining area would have been great for lounging. If our travels take us to New Haven again, we will hope to stay in Reggie's charming home once again!

Beautiful Space

This home is so well-cared for and full of inspiring art and literature. The house is on the smaller side, yet was perfect for our family of four’s visit. The big yard and fire pit allow for a country/outdoor sort of experience. Highly recommend.
