There was no greeting ever from the front desk people. They didn’t even tell us that we had to go up so many stairs with big luggages and didn’t even offer assistance. They didn’t have a blow dryer in the room so had to go ask for one and they told us we had to return it and no iron or ironing board. The room was musty and weird layout and uncomfortable bed and the water for shower took forever to heat up. The room key chain weighs a ton so be prepared to carry around that weight. It was very noisy. You could hear everything. No offerings of any sort of water or ice or coffee or anything. The bare minimum and it wasn’t cheap. Horrible hotel. Would never recommend unless they were triple cheaper in price.

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. AC was excellent, king size bed comfortable, all linens and towels great. Coffee/ tea available. We were really happy to have chosen and stayed here. Oh…construction noise started in the morning, but I’m sure that’s temporary.

The reviews seemed too good to be real, so I was a bit skeptical. But when I got there, I was quickly proven wrong. The hotel was amazing. It’s just as beautiful as the photos. The staff is every bit as kind as mentioned in all of the reviews. Sometimes you see hotels that Photoshop the pictures. This hotel did not do that. They are spot on. We loved it and cannot wait to return next time we’re in that area. The staff consistently went above and beyond.

Loved the breakfast

The room was beautiful and comfortable, also very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there, but others said it was good. Location was perfect for seeing the city, and an easy walk to the cruise terminal had we wanted to. Taxi was quick and inexpensive.
