This home in located in North Hills, just five miles north of downtown Raleigh and has become one of North Carolina's most upscale locations. It's truly one of the BEST destinations in Raleigh for boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, wellness, studios, entertainment, and events!

This home was newly updated with modern amenities and designed by professionally decorated by SAS designs.

Sleeping:

we recommend no more than 8 adults for comfortability based on # of beds. 10 guests can work but we would only recommend it if the combination includes 4 children and 6 adults. Review bedrooms below.

We absolutely loved our stay. Spacious for everyone. Kids loved their room, game room and hot tub. Great Granny loved the outdoor room with the fireplace and TV. We loved the fireplace. This is a great place for a family stay.

Our stay was fantastic, and we really could not have asked for a better experience. The accommodation was nice, neat, cozy, and just like the description. However, the thing that most impressed us was the availability and friendliness of the hosts. Whenever we had a question or needed support, they responded promptly and ensured that everything was sorted. Such a hosting experience has never been ours before, and it was the main factor that made our trip so wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The house was PERFECT for our team to all come together and enjoy some team building time, fun time, relaxing time and some productivity. There were a couple hiccups in the cery beginning and the property owner IMMEDIATELY went to every measure to fix the issue. He was so fast to respond and correct. DEFINITELY was the right choice for all 9 of us ladies.

Amazing stay. The indoor/outdoor living space was exceptional. We were close proximity to the NC State tailgate/game. The neighborhood is lovely. Fantastic Stay! This rental was amazing- so clean, beautifully decorated and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better place-the backyard and pool were relaxing - we spent a lot of time there. We had teen and 20 year olds traveling with us-this rental was spacious enough for our entire family and close to downtown Raleigh and Chapel Hill. An easy trip to see sights and visit family in North Raleigh. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! We stayed during a week that was 105 to 110 with the heat index. Needless to say, we spent the majority of our time in and around the pool. The backyard is just as beautiful as all of the listing pictures make it look. We definitely enjoyed the pool table which also serves as a ping-pong table and a place to sit and eat in the shade. The screened in sunroom was the perfect place to hang out early in the morning with our coffee and later in the evening with a cocktail. The kitchen is very well stocked- we had everything we could have possibly needed. We found the house to be very clean and very comfortable. You can definitely feel the time, attention, and care that they put into it. It’s a beautiful house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Its location is also very convenient… everything from coffee shops and restaurants to grocery stores and gas stations within a few minutes drive.

Great Stay!

This location is perfect with high end grocery stores, restaurants, everything you would need nearby. Backyard is an oasis. This may have been what the garden of Eden was like if it had a pool and a Jacuzzi. The neighborhood is quiet and the screened in porch was phenomenal, gas grill for barbecuing, fire pit for s’mores, so much to do at the house no need to really leave.

Absolutely Awesome

From the day we were headed to NC, CJ was in touch with us before we even left the airport. We absolutely LOVED their home. It was clean, and the amenities were great! We enjoyed the pool & hot tub every day. The game room was a big hit too. Super comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This beautiful home is in a wonderful neighborhood, close to everything. My family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and spending evenings relaxing outside and talking. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and well decorated. So glad my out of state family got to spend time in Raleigh at this house!

:Perfect Family Spring Break Spot

We selected the Research Triangle area as our destination because of its diverse and enriching range of activities. Notable highlights of our visit included the Lemur Center at Duke University, the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh, a scenic walk along the Tobacco Trail, a concert at Koka Booth Amphitheatre, and a theatrical performance at UNC Chapel Hill.We chose this home in Raleigh because of its exceptional amenities. The outdoor space, including a porch with a fireplace, and the inviting indoor living areas provided the perfect setting for our mornings. After spending our days exploring the area, it was a pleasure to return to a beautiful kitchen and four gorgeous, comfortable bedrooms. The home is stunning, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the opportunity to bring our pets with us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Simply southern hospitality

We loved the warm southern feeling decor and thoroughly enjoyed the activities in the backyard with nice clean hot tub, pool table and grill. It was too chilly out to swim in the pool but maybe next time

Very nice

Property is really nice. Kids loved the pool and game room which kept them entertained for hours. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area and patio are really nice. We rented to host my daughter's 16th birthday party and the house was perfect. Dryer took forever to dry clothes so just keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot of laundry.
