Our stay was amazing. We booked last minute b/c we were attending a funeral for my mom. Staff were very nice and helpful even though I was sad and not in good spirits. Room was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here from now on. My husband and I travel often and we always fly out of RDU. We will definitely be staying here when we come to town from now on. Our stay was phenomenal!

The place was very nice. The reason for my rating is that the front desk lady named Leticia was very rude upon arrival and wasn't warm or welcoming throughout the remainder of my stay. The young lady that reserved my room was absolutely great and accommodating and so was the overnight gentleman. I had an injury on site and again Leticia lacked compassion and concern. So because of her is why I put that rating. Overall it would have been a 5 star review, its just I feel customer service really can make or break a business

The room was clean, there was ample space, it took a minute for staff to come to the desk for check-in but once they did, they were friendly and helpful. Although we only stayed one night, I will definitely stay again.

Leticia, warm and kind service

Leticia at the Counter is a great host, she made our stay feel like home, speaking the language (spanish) and providing great suggestions about the hotel's amenities and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend! Very impressed with the quality of the room for the price. Only disappointment is the Monday morning breakfast. The lady said there were no more eggs and it was about 8:45 am. She started cleaning up at 9 and the sign said breakfast ends at 9:30…so this would be our only disappointment.
