Guests have access to a 2-car garage, along with a driveway that can accommodate an additional 2 vehicles. Please note that parking on the grass is not permitted. * Summer Heat *
During the summer months, outdoor temperatures in Durham can reach upwards of 100 degrees. While our home is equipped with a modern HVAC system, it's designed to maintain an indoor temperature within approximately 20 degrees of the outside temperature. This means that on exceptionally hot days, the AC may struggle to keep the interior as cool as some guests might prefer. To help combat this, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and blackout curtains to provide additional comfort and help regulate the individual room temperatures. Keeping exterior doors closed and minimizing frequent opening and closing of these doors helps to keep the cool air in and the hot air out.

* Amenity Functionality *
We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, if amenity is not functioning during your stay please notify us immediately for us to contact the appropriate vendor to repair the amenity. We will do everything we can to have it repaired during your stay. For safety and to avoid accidental damage, we kindly ask that guests do not attempt to fix or adjust anything themselves.
