The exterior of the home is cluttered and needs attention (old welcome mats, weeds in the landscaping, mismatched porch chairs). The interior is clean but needs a deep cleaning. Light-switch covers are dirty, kitchen appliances and light fixtures are dirty. All of the towels smelled of mildew. Water pressure was very low and water temperature was inconsistent. Beds are comfortable but sheets are cheap and there are not bed blankets besides a sheet and comforter. Bedrooms were stuffy with the doors closed at night and fans were scarce. Interior temperature was hard to regulate even with 2 systems. The house met our needs with the number of bathrooms and bedrooms so we made it work. But unfortunately we would not return.

Weekend getaway

This house was fantastic. We had 4 couples meeting in raleigh for my husband’s retirement party. There was more than enough space for us And we enjoyed having the pool/ping pong table and outdoor space to hangout. The house was clean and comfortable and required amenities were provided. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a group outing or getaway. Short drive to downtown raleigh, as well

So the house was great, plenty big enough for our group. The location of the neighbor was a short drive to all of our reservations in Raleigh. The house looks like a re-build or a re-model compared to the rest of the neighborhood. Our stay was great and everything worked out perfectly.

This house is a hidden gem. From the outside, the neighborhood doesn't seem to have much to offer. However, once you get inside, it is truly amazing.

Stayed here with my family for NC State Graduation and the house worked perfectly. It was all on one floor which made it so very convenient for everyone who traveled with us. The home is beautiful and spacious and could easily accommodate 14 people. Would definitely consider this house again!!

Spotless, very comfortable rental with everything you need.

My family greatly appreciated this beautifully furnished and spacious rental during our stay in Raleigh to attend a funeral. We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm after driving 10 hours and were so relieved to find the house perfectly prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So much better than a hotel!

A Beautiful Raleigh House

I spent 4 days at the house for a business trip. I was with 3 other guests and the house was massive. That suited me fine since I was staying with coworkers and liked my space! This house can easily accommodate 14 guests although there are only three bathrooms. Everything is brand new, clean and the house was well stocked with essentials. It looks exactly like the pictures. The owner was very attentive, answering all my messages within minutes. The location is very residential and you’ll need a car or Uber to get anywhere. I would definitely rent again on my next trip to Raleigh!

Very clean & spacious - Great kitchen & living room

Don’t be scared off by the rural neighborhood. When you walk in, you will realize this is a great property. We had 8 adults and children stay very comfortably in the rooms. There was another bed for at least 11 people in beds. There were several couches if you needed more for guests. It is all new. Very clean. Wide open kitchen perfect for lots of kids and adults eating at various times. Two very nice televisions. Property is so long you can house kids in the back and adults in front easily. There is a pool table and ping pong table. We had a lot of family coming in and out of town for a funeral. Close enough for multiple airport runs. Cannot recommend it enough. It is quite a rural area and our kids kept going out for all of the wildlife including a pack of wild dogs, frogs and several cats. That may not be for everyone, but the house is large enough to comfortably keep everyone inside. Highly recommended for large groups.
