Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the beltline close to ALL the major attractions. NC state university, PNC Arena, downtown Raleigh , State fairgrounds are are all within a 1.4 mile radius! Enjoy 1225 sq. ft of spacious living area with one king and two queen bedrooms , equipped kitchen , washer/dryer and complimentary drinks/ snacks. Accommodates upto 6 adults and is one of the best values in the Raleigh area. Please note this property is on the top floor and in hot days in the summer it may not cool properly to desired temperature. The owner has done a great job making it updated and comfortable. Nice details like gift chocolates at check in. As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s in what looks like dodgy surroundings and there is a smoke and weed smell in the apartment from other tenants. We were going to a concert and only stayed there late nights s overnight so it didn’t bother us, but this could be a big challenge for a very sensitive person. Very close to the interstate, but not noisy. Close to downtown Raleigh and the hockey arena. Would definitely recommend for a NC State football or hockey weekend.
