Both sides have full kitchens. Newly renovated deck and fenced in back yard. Fan favorite, Krispy Kreme is just across the street :-). Walk to all Person St action - many restaurants & bars just a few blocks away toward Mordecai area and Moore Square only 1/2 mile away with lots of restaurants and entertainment venues. HOUSE RULES: • Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect our Quiet Hours – 10pm-7am • Parties are not allowed!! A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule is not observed. • Smoking is not allowed (including vaping). A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed. • Pets are not allowed.
