Conveniently located near notable landmarks such as the PNC Center, Carter Finley Stadium, Rex Hospital (all 5 min away), RDU airport (15 mins), NC State University (10-15 mins), and Downtown (15 mins), groceries, dining, and shopping. The Raleigh Greenway and Umstead State Park are just also just minutes away. Our home offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Step inside to discover a beautiful interior, boasting a fully renovated kitchen complete with a gas range and oven, and a delightful coffee bar. The main floor features a master bedroom with an updated ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds that can be converted to king bed upon request), and another stylishly appointed hall bathroom. Gather around the custom marble dining table (seating for 8) for memorable meals with loved ones. Upstairs, unwind in the airy living space, perfect for cozying up by the fireplace or enjoying a movie night.
