The front desk was super helpful in checking us in and giving us information about the parks, including the best time to start the day based on the season to avoid crowds. The room was super spacious and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, for instance gave me excellent tips on how to explore Plitvice Lakes. Nice rooms with AC and pool area was a nice added bonus for hot days. There was no kettle for making hot drinks which nowadays would normally be provided and would have made the stay more enjoyable. Reception lady was very nice, friendly and helpful. A big issue that impacted on our stay was interruption of power supply which continued throughout the 4 days of our holiday. This meant sitting in the dark, trying to go in the bathroom in the dark, no aircon, no wifi. We drove from Zagreb airport and arrived at night so couldn't easily find where reception was, however this was obvious in the day as it is the main building between the restaurant and Villa Dora. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful man who talked us through all the attractions in the area and showed us to our room. Great customer service! The room itself was large, modern and clean. We utilized the badminton court (where we got rackets from reception) and lounged by the pool during our stay here. It is a well kept property with nice views. We didn't try the restaurant but were told it served traditional Croatian grilled foods.
