The property is very big, there is mini golf and it is right on the beach. The beach is fabulous and the waters are crystal clear. The beach was the property highlight. Food was disappointing but edible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The entertainment at night was awful - they did a movie on friday and had a "musical" on one of the nights - which was just a bunch of kids dancing around so the evenings were very boring. Good thing I bought a pack of playing cards. There is nothing around really except a restaurant and a small bar but if a secluded break is what you are looking for then this is a great place to be. It is an hour from the airport and far from the bustle of the city.

We stayed for a few nights in a junior suite. The room was lovely, lots of little touches such as turn down service with little toblerones left on the pillows and a special pouch with really lovely toiletries.
The shower gel smells divine.
The hotel is very quiet and lacks ambiance, it wouldn’t take much to make it feel special; some decent speakers in the Chill out bar and a good soundtrack.
The food was poor. Breakfast was ok but all the food needs to be warmer.
Lunch and dinner were very disappointing.
The drinks are good but there is a supplement for cocktails. These are not part of the all inclusive package which seems odd to me.
With a few little tweaks this could be an amazing hotel.

They had an outstanding staff, including a very impressive and skilled entertainment team (shows both kids and adults activities). Their friendliness, talent and energy made all the difference. Also, the spa and spa team were five stars. Our family had a great holiday, largely thanks to the hard working and friendly hotel staff.
