Perfect for who doesn’t want to use their private car, the house is just few meters away the main services like bars, restaurants, supermarket and the seafront way where you can have a nice walk during the sunset


DESCRIPTION
Casa Maiolica is composed of two nice apartments on two levels, located on the second floor
floor and specular with each other composed of a large kitchen / living room, where there is a sofa bed.
From the living room you can directly access tothe veranda, with awning, which offers a comfortable table with chairs ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors, and a comfortable sitting area.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
A bathroom with shower, and a laundry with washing machine and sink.

Casa pulita e posizione centrale. La casa ha due camere, una al piano di sopra con letto confortevole e una stanzetta al piano di sotto con due lettini ma con materassi molto molto scomodi dove si sente inoltre ogni passaggio dello scarico d'acqua del bagno di sopra. Anche il divano è scomodo e inutilizzabile come divano letto. La cucina invece ha tutto quello che serve e anche il terrazzino è carino. Il bagno invece è molto vecchio, doccia troppo piccola e scomoda.
