The resort, inside and out per extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was very accommodating. The only issue I had was actually the designers fault. In the king suite, which love were lovely,their interior designer installed a hanging lamp over the small table where coffee pot was located. I’m 5’6” and every time stood up I hit my head on the hanging lamp. The lamp shade is actually 3 tiered lampshades suspended from the ceiling. I would suggest they remove a shade. But otherwise, hubby and I had a wonderful time and truly have no other complaints, only compliments.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was great. The things that knocked off a star from the rating are as follows: they don’t have bellhop service. When you arrive at the hotel, they lend you a luggage cart and then you’re on your own. Same thing for checking out. For an upscale five star hotel, that just seems very strange to me. In our room, the shower door leaked so we had a wet floor and had to ask for extra bath mats. The television (Dish) didn’t work. I never called to get it fixed because we don’t watch a lot of TV, but we were planning to watch a little Wimbledon and World Cup. Overall, we really enjoyed it, the restaurant food was amazing. The service there was great. There is the thing about that weird $35 fee, but we’ve spent more than that anyway. The lack of bell hop service to the room is the most glaring deficiency.
